_{Hello my dear ones!  I am The Ascended Master Mary of the Divine Order, here today to bring enlightenment and love to all those on the earth plane.  I ask you to take time to nourish your inner selves and bring forward your divine beauty through contemplation and meditation practises.  For only when you are centred and peaceful within can you begin to seen your life move from struggle to peace & harmony.  This time in your existence is a momentous moment, for the earth is accelerating her vibration at a rapid rate, this is why so many people are experiencing such extreme obstacles. These are needed to bring forward your true self into your consciousness, but for this to happen you have to release all negative beliefs and though patterns.}

For this to take place you have to experience these situations on the emotional and mental planes of your being for only through experience do we truly understand anything.  So for those that experience intense sorrow, isolation, anger, bitterness etc know this is your souls way of freeing itself!  For once you have fully felt these emotions only then can you release them and become free from the inside out.  Freedom cannot happen any other way for if you look to the outside world for your answers to your private torments you will only find superficial solutions and not the true answers to the real issues.  Take the leap my children, take the leap into the unknown - delve down into your innermost self and find the core of your pain and suffering.  Then you will understand your reasons for experiencing this emotion and find the answer to overcome it.

Many on your plane of existence have overcome most of their negative traits but they too have had to begin at the beginning and methodically work through their emotions.  When you feel you cannot carry on with this deep inner clearing call upon us the Ascended Masters and your Guides for we can only help you through these trying times if we are called upon, for this is the universal law of the Creator.  We cannot interfere with your free will so if you chose to walk this path alone we can only sit by and watch hoping you call upon us for assistance.  Many are wandering around struggling with their inner turmoil's feeling alone and isolated but I say the help is there for all if you can only lift up your eyes and request it!  You never have or ever will walk this your journey alone it is only your feeling of separateness from all that is that places this belief within you.  You are not separate from us and we are not separate from you but we have to wait patiently for your request for help before we can intervene.  Call upon us often for help and guidance and it will be given.
